How to make Easter cakes?




Easter is also known as Pasch is celebrated for the resurrection of the Jesus Christ from the dead just after three days of crucifixion by the Romans. The week before the Easter is known ad holy week. In this week Holy Thursday is included for the last supper and Good Friday for the crucifixion day of the Jesus Christ. It is not fixes according to the civil calendar but is rather a moveable feast. It is celebrated on the first Sunday after the full moon. Hence Easter is celebrated according to lunar calendar.

Easter begins with a period of fasting called as lent. Then comes, the Ash Wednesday, Holy Thursday and Good Friday. The Saturday is often known as silent Saturday. Christian all over the world celebrates the Easter with great zeal and devotion. Houses are decorated, the clothes are designed, sweets and cakes are made at home of flavors like white chocolate cake, pound cake etc.

Generally those things are preferred which have a healthy recipe like chicken recipe, fruits and veg recipes and hence along. Cupcakes, truffles, martinis, cake pops are made with fruits as the main ingredient. Easter eggs are the most interesting thing. In olden days they were colored only red in the memory of the shedding of the blood of Jesus Christ. In Poland, they are decorated and colored with beautiful colors as a symbol of the beginning of new life.

Cupcakes are healthy and are baked on Easter having different type of decoration. The recipe of the Easter surprise cupcakes is:

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour

2 table spoon of baking powder

1 cup of white sugar

½ cup of brown sugar

1 cup of melted butter

1 teaspoon salt

1teaspoon of vanilla essence

1 cup of milk

Chocolate eggs, unwrapped

Method:

Preheat oven at 350 F.

Add flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat the butter with white and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly, until light and fluffy.

Whisk the eggs, one at a time. Beat then properly.

Add the milk and flour mixture. Blend them well

Pour the mixture in the muffin cups. Place the eggs in the middle and then pour the remaining batter. Remember, the cup should be ¾ filled.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the skewer comes out clean

Clean them on the rack.

The surprise Easter cupcakes are ready to be served among the guests.

Ingredient:

1 cup of grated carrot

2 cups of flour

1 ½ cup of sugar

1 cup of milk

1 cup of cream

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

2 tablespoons of baking powder

Method:

Add flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.

Beat the two eggs and milk and vanilla essence to the mixture.

After mixing it properly add the cream, grated carrots and flour mixture.

Blend and whisk them until component is fully integrated.

Pour it in the greased pan and bake for 35 minutes.

Check the baking of the cake with the help of the tester.

When the tester comes out clean, remove the cake from the oven and cool it on the rack.

For frosting:

Keep the cream in a pan on a low flame. Wait until it boils. Add the carrots and sugar to the simmering cream. Cook until the mixture takes the form of orange colored mixture.

Apply it on the cooled cake.

Serve it to the guests on Easter.
